Building Permits are required for most new construction as well as for alterations to or demolition of existing structures. The penalties for undertaking construction without the necessary permit(s) can be expensive, so please check with City Hall to make sure that you are clear on permitting requirements.

Applications for Building Permits can be dropped off at the Village Office or submitted directly to the RDCK via email: buildingdepartment@rdck.bc.ca.
