IMPORTANT: VILLAGE PARK RENTAL AND SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS ARE REGULATED BY ITS PARKS REGULATION AND FEES AND CHARGES BYLAWS.
PLEASE USE THE FORM HERE FOR A PRIVATE RENTAL OR A SPECIAL EVENT*.
* “Special Event” means any publicly advertised event, open to the general public and conducted within a Park which attracts or is intended to attract participants or spectators. Such events bring with them additional liability risks for the municipality and must be approved by the Chief Administrative Officer, who may impose special requirements such as general liability insurance and evidence of other regulatory permissions. Special private rentals such as birthdays, reunions, weddings and celebrations of life can be treated as private rentals (not requiring special approval or permissions) if they are invitation only and have no associated plans for the serving of alcoholic beverages on municipal property.

- Kaslo Bay Park
- Front Street Park
- Vimy Park baseball diamond
- Vimy Park picnic shelter
- Vimy Park gazebo
- Vimy Park skatepark
Depending on the nature of your permit application, it may be shared with other agencies for review and comment.

RECREATION GRANT FUNDING
There is funding through the Village of Kaslo Fall & Spring Recreation Grants.
The Fall Grant will be announced in September and the Spring Grant will be announced in March
Application forms can be picked up at the Village office, 413 Fourth Street, Kaslo B.C. weekdays between 10am and 3pm, or downloaded from our website at www.kaslo.ca.
